Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Junior Resident (Non-Academic) position, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

1. They must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized university.
2. Only those candidates who have completed or are likely to complete their internship on or before the last date of submission of the application are eligible to apply. They must submit their DMC registration certificate or acknowledgment required for appearing in the examination. Permanent registration with the DMC will be mandatory at the time of joining, if selected.
3. Candidates who completed their internship on or before May 31, 2022, are not eligible to apply.
4. Those who have already completed their Junior Residency from any government organization will not be considered eligible.

Reservation:

All reservations will be considered strictly in accordance with the prescribed norms and rules issued by the Government of India from time to time. Specific requirements for different categories are as follows:

1. SC/ST candidates must submit a valid community/caste certificate from the designated authority.
2. OBC candidates should submit a valid OBC certificate as per OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res-I) dated March 31, 2016, of the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi, along with a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued in the present financial year.

4. EWS candidates must submit a copy of a valid Income & Asset Certificate with a date of issue on or after April 1, 2022, as per OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) dated January 31, 2019, of the DOPT, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi.

Junior Resident vacancies Application fees

of Rs. 800/- are required for UR and OBC candidates, while no fees are required for EWS/SC/ST and PWD candidates. The fees must be paid through NEFT, RTGS, or online transfer to the specified account.

The prescribed application form (Annexure-I) duly filled and signed should be accompanied by

• self-attested copies of the final year MBBS mark sheet,
• pass certificate,
• DMC registration certificate,
• internship completion certificate,
• category certificate,
• 10th class passing certificate,
• and copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

Delhi hospital recruitment

1. The selection will be based on a written examination consisting of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with a duration of one hour. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
2. Counseling will be conducted based on the merit in the written examination for the allotment of seats in various departments.
3. The list of eligible applicants for the written examination will be uploaded on the hospital’s website (www.rmlh.nic.in). After scrutiny, the list of rejected applications will also be displayed on the website.
4. If OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PWD candidates do not submit valid certificates, their candidature will be rejected.
5. Appointment to selected/waitlisted candidates will only be given after verification of original documents.
6. The competent authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, or make changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
